Felix (a painter) comes to a hospital waiting room to collect his medical findings.
Felix has a hunch, and his hunches have never been wrong. Felix knows that the lab results will show that he has cancer. Should he put himself out of his agony? Kill himself? Continue to live in agony and wait for the end? Felix has a revolver. He will use it when he gets his findings. The findings show that Felix is healthy. But, it is not Death that Felix fears. Felix fears Life.
